Kelly would not allow employee to use toilet facilities because she was scratching lottery tickets. As a result empoyee had an embarassing problem.

BILO - Unhappy customer
I bought an item that was outside displayed as half priced. When i got home i saw they charged full price. Now i have to go back for a refund. This happens about every time i shop. The customer service lady is not friendly at all. She boarders on being rude. Now i will have to visit her for my refund and will not get a I am sorry or thank you.
